[markmhendrickso I suppose [snarfed]'s point that the domain ownership is key would be sufficient in a decentralized world where the actual single host doesn't matter if there is massive replication involved aka there is no single host...maybe it sits on a box at your home and is replicated at your friend's home and Amazon, encrypted etc
