Zegnat [jgmac1106]: not sure I understand the question. He can send a webmention, sure. The webmention just needs a source and a target URL. I assume the source would be the URL pointing to the badge. If there is no URL for the badge, that will be the part he needs to automate: create a page that represents the badge
