petermolnar I found an alternative to IFTTT, called Zapier, and, unlike IFTTT, it can do a chain of events instead of if-then, plus it can retrieve things like tweet url - it's a very nice tool to build syndication with. Read RSS, post to [set of social networks], do a webhook call in the end with the syndication urls payload, et viola.
