snarfed i also implemented delete for flickr, but their API keeps downgrading the delete permission so bridgy can't actually delete. weird behavior, i don't fully understand it yet. https://github.com/snarfed/bridgy/commit/4bcc3d31a88124a0b48cb1f3fce12a3f31a27024
