Zegnat If the mb entry includes <a href="" rel="canonical">Original</a>, and then sends a webmention to the canonical entry, through /original-post-discovery the webmention receiver should be able to extract the canonical URL. And if that matches a post the receiver controls it could automatically update it with a u-syndication link to the mb entry.
