random question about iframes and browser sandbox rules, for the room/anyone who might know
#
zootella
can i use that to make an iframe, load a text file into it, and then get the whole text file as a var in my js?
#
KartikPrabhu
my immediate guess is no. But should be a quick JS experiment to find out
#
zootella
going to try either way, unless someone here says, no, that's not possible
#
zootella
yeah

Is a problem with such a tutorial that it makes things too complicated up-front? IDK just asking what others think. I didn't need typescript or half the steps just using plain old HTML & JS with webmentions and the great work done by [fluffy]

there are tons of webmention tutorials out there, many different methods, and this one does say up front that it's for nextjs. seems ok.

Yeah, as much as I prefer keeping my client side stuff simple and accessible, other people don’t feel the same way and that’s their prerogative.

↩️ I've noticed my webmention never made it through. Perhaps it was never received? Or, my site is broken.
