[fluffy] https://github.com/PlaidWeb/Publ-templates-beesbuzz.biz/pull/8 raises some questions on what’s the right way to provide outgoing links that aren’t human-readable, for eg webmentions and h-card. I don’t think <link> makes sense for these but setting tabindex feels wrong too.
