If you send a webmention without any mark up most systems will not interpret it as anything and thus treat it simply as a vanilla "mention", which might work best for what I think you're looking for. If you use `u-bookmark-of` it'll be a bookmark and have the flavor of a bookmark or linkblog. If you use in-reply-to, then systems will show it
