[chrisaldrich] The WordPress set up that Syndication Links has for using the checkbox will temporarily return a brid.gy link like that as a placeholder until it receives the Twitter permalink a moment or two later. It would then only show up if they were placing that segment inside the_body without proper mark up/microformats. That doesn't appear to be the case here...
