Seirdy non-authorative speculation: perhaps it's worth drawing a (blurry) distinction between a condition and a trait? this could get messy. for instance, speaking for myself: I'm probably on the autistic spectrum but it's not obvious/pronounced, and I consider it more of a personality trait than a "condition"
