[0x3b0b] Conceptually, at least as I understand them so far, I'd expect rendering of salmentions to be akin to the rendering of an Activitypub reply thread, which is the thing where in Microblogpub I have customized my instance (I had intended to contribute this upstream soon) so that if I'm on the permalink of a mid-thread note, the earlier notes in the thread render as u-in-reply-to h-cite instead of u-comment h-cite.
