bkil Embrace the +! It allows for way shorter URLs in practice due to most human generated text containing way more spaces than pluses or percent signs. That being said, I produce quite dirty escaping in my anchors to cram as much entropy as possible, but that's not the same as the query that others are also expected to parse.
