[tantek] I suppose you can call anything an "unconference", however in my opinion and experience, actual BarCamps, unconferences either charge zero, or *if they are in-person* they may charge a minimum amount like $5-10 just to get a more accurate count of who will show up for proper meals / space planning. A virtual unconference / BarCamp should not be charging anything IMO.
