[tantek] I saw this happen during demos and thought it must be a bug or bad link on my end but no, this is Twitter redirecting any deep link into a permalink to their home page

[tantek] I am very tempted to turn off displaying syndication links to Twitter if this isn't fixed soon. I have no desire to direct people to Twitter's home page.
