[snarfed] out of curiosity, I've been looking at alternatives to superfeedr: zapier, IFTT, http://rssapi.net, http://n8n.io, etc. most of them charge per feed subscription, or less commonly per post notification, but IFTTT seems to allow unlimited feed subscriptions and post notifs for $5/mo?! seems...surprising?
