superkuh The simplicity described on that page is not actually simple. Simple is running software (like a webserver) on your desktop computer and using your normal GUI file manager to move .html files and jpeg around in folders.

superkuh Yes. The assumption is that people already know how to use their own desktop computers. I think this is a safe assumption for everyone.
