Caleb I'd rather not use workarounds. Maybe the Zola dev has some wisdom I don't, and dates in URLs are outdated.

[KevinMarks] archive pages are really useful though. Blogger makes them by default. You could make the /year/ ones a list of links to the /year/month/ ones, or you could put in the post previews.
