[Al_Abut] But that’s orthogonal to my points that it’s 1) not a bad language in isolation, it just makes different tradeoffs, and 2) it’s easier in some ways to use one language across a stack, rather than js for frontend, something else for backend, another one for connecting to data services, on and on
