capjamesg A related issue that I have not yet solved is what to do if a post's slug has changed, which is hard since the URL for a post is considered a unique identifier. Sometimes people publish blog posts and change the slug (i.e. to fix a typo). If my reader already has an entry for a post with the original slug, it will create another entry for the post with the new slug.
