btrem gRegor: There's a module called Rest Export that exports a view into either json or php. There would still be hurdles to overcome, like what to do when two content types have different internal fields for the same event property (e.g., configuring `meeting_date` and `event_date_start` to both map to iCalendar's `DTSTART`).
