[Murray]I'm just heading out, but I'm intrigued why you need JS for that? If you use a modifier unit within the `clamp()` function directly, it should still scale linearly with browser font settings or user style sheets, e.g. `clamp(1.2rem, 1rem + 17vw, 22rem)`. As long as that's set on something like the `html` or `body` element (and nothing is set on`:root`) then it should respect and incorporate user preferences, as well as scaling well
[Kupietz]Well the problem is I already had a plugin that allows the user to customize the font size, which already set the font size with JS as soon as the page loads so the user can modify it. The right thing to do would actually be to refactor the plugin so it doesn't touch the CSS until the user actually interacts with the control. At some point I will do that.
