[Murray] I'm just heading out, but I'm intrigued why you need JS for that? If you use a modifier unit within the `clamp()` function directly, it should still scale linearly with browser font settings or user style sheets, e.g. `clamp(1.2rem, 1rem + 17vw, 22rem)`. As long as that's set on something like the `html` or `body` element (and nothing is set on`:root`) then it should respect and incorporate user preferences, as well as scaling well
