gRegor RSS chat from the bit I've seen appears to be RSS + an extension (namespace) that adds properties like `inReplyTo` allowing publishing replies in feeds, then the RSS chat "instance" (?) can aggregate them and display them in a threaded view.

[aciccarello] [KevinMarks] I currently have my site theme only dependent of the system appearance because that felt a lot simpler than adding additional toggle complexity. But I do like the idea to stick with a 2 state toggle that supports following the system appearance.

[aciccarello] I usually have my OS set to alternate depending on day/night. I'd be curious how likely people are to want to override their system settings. That assumes people know their OS has a toggle.
