[tantek] What I'd like to avoid is any one in particular assuming they know best for every camp and every organizer, since no IWC organizers are actual medical doctors or epidemiologists (so are not speaking from any expertise). Rather I would prefer that organizers assume good faith behaviors of each other, for the local communities that they are organizing.
