[artlung] I understand the UX wish but definitely that calendar rot thing stinks a lot. As an adhocracy we don't commit to an absolutely recurring event. Each new entry on the calendar is an individual making an affirmative decision to host, not an org deciding on an event. (And by the way, thanks to all the hosts who are diligent about doing so! Notably James, Mark, David). Events are hard work even if they are lightweight.
