[tantek] and it's not clear if you actually want to cache a legacy timezone name from the time of creation of the event in contrast to the "present" timezone name of the actual datetime of the event in the future, since presumably in the future, people will be more familiar with the present name, not the name as it happened to be at the time of creation (which only the event creator knows anyway)
