[artlung] Frustratingly, neither the Instagram export data zip file does not appear to contain the permalink to the original post in Instagram. It does include lots and lots of OTHER metadata. But for, for example, https://www.instagram.com/p/DX9bDmcS5nV/ - the string `DX9bDmcS5nV` does not appear anywhere in the HTML or JSON export. There is `fbid` which is `18016018955683681` - not obvious if there's a way to exchange the fbid for the shortcode.

[tantek] [artlung] I took a look at the permalink ID string (DX...) and the fbid and could not discern any purely mathematical transforms to go from one to the other.

[artlung] I have older exports (which I'm pretty sure were from IG itself but as demonstrated last night my memory about this process is spotty!) which include those shortcodes or short urls.
