aaronpk j12t: the mediawiki install lives in a subfolder /wiki/ and uses nginx rules to route all the paths to /wiki/index.php. I added an index.php file in the root, with code that fetches the wiki main page and re-outputs it.

aaronpk I couldn't convince mediawiki to not make the home page redirect to /Main_Page otherwise
