[jgmac1106] also have to be careful trying to plan for and educate the Wordpress cloud the plug-ins are getting closer, theme authors getting better, but its WP, a Wonky Pain, things will always break....I just think about onboarding, leadership, mentoring, and leveling up a lot in open source communities...didn't mean to come off as crass (thats just a bad side effect of my personality)
