[michellejl]Just randomly in chats (gitter / slack) I have seen 2 people today post that they are bummed that they didn't know about Indie Web Summit and are sad that they missed it. I've told them they should come to my new HWC in 2ish weeks (probably) to talk awesome indie web topics.
[jgmac1106][wiobyrne] I really spent Wednesday connecting other people as my make. They all had one piece, but wanted all the pieces in the bricolage. Put a hack session up as "Get on IndieWeb.org. People want to know how to get Loqi to work for them
[wiobyrne]I just got off of my research call and fixed my stuff on the wiki. Still trying to figure out how to get better at Loqi and figure out Karma.
[wiobyrne]I think I fixed my stuff on the IRC people page. But, I need to get better at using Loqi, or at least understanding before using. Also the role/usage of Karma, as in giving to others to give thanks for support.
[jgmac1106]Okay that limits Loqi, Colloquoy on Mac for me, on Android all clients drain my battery when I hop off wifi, but settled on IRC for Android.
[wiobyrne]Yeah, works for me. But, it is a good question. I was wondering if I was doing something wrong with Loqi and karma earlier...or it was because I was using Slack.
[jgmac1106]Okay, now I feel like I can say there is a difference. Can't lie feeling right feels better than feeling wrong. Even if a stretch, but that's a personal problem

dougbealAre there past instaces of indieweb drives like indieweb drag queen workshop? I was thinking seniors might be a demographic that could benifit from the social aspect, and have lots of life expirence to put into blog posts. I would love to have a model/starting point.
gRegorLoveZegnat++ many thanks again for note-taking and wiki gardening. I felt like I was more present at the event than sometimes in the past, so much appreciated!
ZegnatNext time I will be investing in more than 1 screen. Converting the schedule grid from photo to wiki is annoying when you have to fit both on the same laptop screen
[jgmac1106][wiobyrne] We should ask<hint> [anomalily] to do a session at on Indie Publishing </hint> sometime, there were a few self published folks, and [chrisaldrich] and [nate658] I am sure would join...or maybe we all get "cats" and use http://pechaflickr.net/
