[Vincent] [kevinmarks] Spam is a technical problem, not a user problem. CAPTCHA pushes this on to the user so it’s not a good solution IMO. In GOVUK, we side-step using it by instead using the honeypot method, combined with looking at the speed it took to complete a process. If this speed outside the average it gets flagged. At which point we can silently discard it or send an email to the user to confirm they made the change before actioning it.
