[eddie] I was chatting with [eli_oat] today and we were discussing IndieWebCamp online. We were thinking about it being a melding of synchronous and asynchronous. The thought was some of the intro presentations could be pre-recorded and released at the start of the IndieWebCamp. Instead of having a "time-block" of say 4 hours where all the sessions take place, I'm wondering if (focusing completely on UX not on what tools/technology would actually allow
