[tantek] [jgmac1106] the problem with delegating/distributing vocabulary creation to the edges like that is that not everyone is an informatician - and I'd posit that most such "communities of practice" have zero informaticians. Good vocabulary creation is a science unto itself. You don't delegate physics to everyone to do themselves for their community.
