I don't think we'd want to use my domain for IWC (I have an eddie.wtf domain that I use essentially as a cloud .dev). If you want Jitsi Meet on an AWS instance on your account, I can help with that. If you want to just use mine, we can point a more indieweb-friendly domain to my servers ip. Up to you
