[tantek] oh hey meta, aaronpk brought up one of our long running challenges last night, which is the naming of "day 2"

[tantek] problem: "hack day" (or many of the variants, maker day, etc.) sounds coding / developer focused, almost to the exclusion of folks who don't necessarily consider themselves coders of developers
#
[tantek] aaronpk suggested "demo day", however I pushed back on that due to 1. it being the wrong focus (the focus is to work on *something* on your website / the community site, demoing that is a side-effect), and 2. "demo" is associated with slick product demos, e.g. TechCrunch demos, the Demo conference itself, where startups are pitching etc., and that's absolutely not the point of IndieWebCamp
