@squidlord
This is part of why creators need multi-account management. Sure, you can use Twitter for this (or other #IndieWeb microblog feeds), but make sure you have ONE that just does updates. Keep your side-rambles to a different feed.

might be time to add something to the chat.indieweb.org interface for that
#
[schmarty]
I often catch up with the chats on my phone where I can easily help remove spam from slack but can't easily muck with the log repos

(So a web interface sounds great!!)

This happens like four times a day for the last week I've had this installed. Back to using more reliable #indieweb tooling that's at least transparent

↩ī¸ I thought I was the only one seeing this! Fortunately I've got https://granary.io producing #Microformats feeds so I can still read Twitter from the https://indieweb.org/reader I want (https://www.jvt.me/mf2/2020/06/zkort/)

Sorting is important, especially since I found the RSS feed settings.

IWC Utretcht has everything in one archive.org entry, with multiple videos.

Whereas other IWCs have one entry per session

I don't have time to discuss now..so I shouldn't do a quick shout out and roll , but kinda think I want an off topic channel that is also logged....
#
[jgmac1106]
...all that discussion of memory and culture...be cool to capture but belongs in chat....maybe we need a logged chat and an unlogged water cooler or whatevs for name and metaphor
#
[jgmac1106]
I would like to cite Chris and Tantek and others who sahred resources but won't following rules of basic human decency and unlogged chats...but it is one more room to mantain

I would love to get away from Amazon if I could and keep to the more IndieWeb methods of documenting reading, for instance, but it doesn't seem possible. In particular if they keep pulling books about current events.

Question is always if the same sort of discussions will be had if it was a logged chat, [jgmac1106]. I say, keep offtopic unlogged, but if you see an interesting topic blog about it, if you want to name names in that blog you can always ask the people involved if you can?

Just had a quick question for @arush. Myself and a friend of mine are both wondering this. Are their any Wordpress page builders (elementor, divi), known to be accessible with screen readers and good for #indieweb? Thanks!

↩ī¸ There's a proposed session (IndieWeb GoodReads) to discuss just this at IndieWebCamp West 2020. If you have other ideas for sessions, feel free to brainstorm something or propose it in the etherpad. https://etherpad.indieweb.org/2020-West-Sessions https://indieweb.org/2020/West/Proposals https://boffosocko.com/2020/06/06/55771894/

↩ī¸ Yes, ALL the upcoming IndieWebCamps and Homebrew Website Clubs for the near future are on Zoom and/or other remote online features (chat, Etherpad, etc.) Most camps have traditionally had reasonable online attendance options--this one is online only. https://boffosocko.com/2020/06/06/55771894/?replytocom=292607#respond
