[tonz] questions of new organisers, suggesting tactics, actions, managing expectations, sharing real experiences, be there when needed, acknowledge fears/apprehension) Someone who doesn’t need to be listed as organiser, or even actively doing any of the organising, just someone to pro-actively support the new organiser? I mean helping out during the actual organising, in the run-up to the event. To be actively available in the background for any
