[tantek] jacky, I like using the extra space on very wide windows for the TOC, that's an elegant way to make use of it. Maybe put that CSS in a media query for windows that are at least that wide to fit it?

@AndreJaenisch ↩️ I'd recommend 2 build a domain on one's own. #IndieWeb wiki gives some examples. I moved from http://WordPress.com 2 Uberspace (paid shared hoster). First with Jekyll, by now with Eleventy. WordPress is pretty SEO-optimised, though. Alternatives could be Netlify or GH pages (twitter.com/_/status/1288164889769529345)
