I suspect that if you put one on the calendar for late February/early March and focused on getting the word out, with a small handful of people to help out on the day, you'll have a crowd of between 50-100 without a lot of work. Since there's no travel involved and people can come and go, and you don't have to have a physical space, there's not as much to organizing as there was.
