[tantek] I'm kinda against a fully remote "Summit". There's key aspects of the Summit "experience", in-person serendipitous conversations, ability to easily bow out to work in a quiet corner for a bit while still overhearing some bits of discussions etc. Plus the social events before/during help provide a sense of connection, and hopefully safety & trust that you don't really get online
