[tantek]GWG, unknown about when is a go/no-go, at this point, Marc is still trying to confirm a venue. As folks who've organized IWCs know, confirming venue is perhaps the #1 challenge, and once that's figured out, everything else is *usually* solvable (before the pandemic as it were)
