↩️ it's a fairly new standard. Great sources of information would be the Indieweb wiki at http://indieweb.org. The issue is that right now, the standards focus on certain languages and stacks; mostly PHP and Python, but nothing at all yet for .NET.

It's old enough that it may predate the newer ways of doing it. A colleague wrote it for us to use in google profiles in 2007

GWG, unknown about when is a go/no-go, at this point, Marc is still trying to confirm a venue. As folks who've organized IWCs know, confirming venue is perhaps the #1 challenge, and once that's figured out, everything else is *usually* solvable (before the pandemic as it were)
