[tantek] gRegor++ is correct about the /Webmention & /Webmention-developer difference, attempted changes/transitions, and methodology of checking edit history to better understand all that (that being said, yes, it would also help to add that kind of methodology about a page info to perhaps an "About" section in the footer of the page, maybe just before "See Also")
