[tantek] aaronpk, how about only triggering the "to #indieweb-dev" nudge based on what people listed in /chat-names say, however, when the trigger executes, then look at what *anyone* recently said that matches the /jargon list. that way if a new person does get nudged, they only get nudged in the context of a "regular" so they don't feel singled out
