@mattbd ↩️ I'm inclined to agree. I'm investigating Mastodon as an alternative, but I'm not very hopeful. I'm really keen on the idea of the IndieWeb, and that supports short posts called notes that are similar to tweets, but I can't find an implementation I like (twitter.com/_/status/1518588664200183809)
