[aciccarello] Okay, I made two changes to the beginning of the webmentions page that IMO should help someone new to webmentions understand the concept. I could see how the "why" section might be considered repetitive and why the "how" section was intentionally taken out of the main page so people are welcome to disagree with my edits.
