omz13historical reasons has a lot to answer for; that doesn't mean a bit of gardening/tidying up can't be done. e.g. the microformats site itself does't make it clear who the "owner" is (IndieWeb, W3C, etc.) or how the spec is managed/changed (on the wiki? GitHub?)
