[tantek] Another example (of nudging towards more transparency & openness), I have been doing this at W3C with nudging the AB towards a lot more work "in the open" since 2013 https://www.w3.org/wiki/AB/2013-2014#Background, as part of both an initial push (creating public W3C AB wiki home page, and a @/w3cab Twitter account https://www.w3.org/wiki/AB/2013-2014#Twitter_Account when elected) and continued sustained effort as part of the Open AB
