[chrisaldrich] broadly any photo opened in Google Docs will automatically do OCR on the photo and include the text into the document. I then use IFTTT to create a micropub post to my website described here: https://boffosocko.com/2020/01/21/using-ifttt-to-syndicate-pesos-content-from-social-services-to-wordpress-using-micropub/ (this is probably the most involved step, which might be solved in other ways).
