[tantek] gRegor, yeah, we have to manage/balance reaching folks who may be impacted (who we have a short list of) vs broadcasting to folks 99% of whom (assuming 1000 newsletter subs) have nothing to do with the event, and either unnecessarily scaring people, or potentially directing unnecessary attention to personal medical matters
